• If you are using EidoVet on behalf of an organization (e.g., a veterinary clinic, hospital, or research institution), you represent that you have the authority to bind the organization to these Terms.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and update it as necessary.

2. Use of the Platform

2.1 Permitted Use

• EidoVet is designed for veterinary professionals, researchers, pet owners, and related industry stakeholders to access data-driven insights, analytics, and AI-powered decision-making tools.
• You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2.2 Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Platform.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or modify any aspect of EidoVet.
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Misuse platform features, or insights generated by platform in a way that causes harm to animals, businesses, or individuals.

3. Data Privacy & Security

3.1 Data Collection & Use

• By using EidoVet, you acknowledge that we collect usage data, veterinary records, analytics, and user-generated content to improve our services.
• We process data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

3.2 Confidentiality & Ownership

• You retain ownership of your veterinary data, medical records, and insights uploaded to the Platform.
• By using EidoVet, you grant us a non-exclusive, limited license to process and analyze your data for service optimization.
• We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. AI and Machine-Generated Insights & Liability

4.1 AI and Machine-Assisted Recommendations

• EidoVet may provide AI and Machine-generated insights to support veterinary decision-making.
• These insights do not replace professional veterinary judgment. Users should independently verify recommendations before making medical or business decisions.

4.2 Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any adverse outcomes resulting from reliance on AI or Machine-generated insights.
• EidoVet does not provide direct veterinary medical advice—users should consult a licensed veterinarian for critical cases.

5. Fees and Payments

• Certain services may require a subscription or one-time payment.
• Payment terms, renewal policies, and refund conditions will be outlined at the time of purchase.
• We strive to charge your card in your local currency to avoid conversion fees. This applies to Australian (AUD) and Indian (INR) cards. For cards issued outside of Australia and India, the charge will be processed in US Dollars (USD).

6. Intellectual Property

• EidoVet’s platform, algorithms, AI models, trademarks, logos, and proprietary software remain our intellectual property.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our proprietary content without explicit permission.

7. Third-Party Services & Integrations

• The Platform may integrate with third-party tools, APIs, services, or databases.
• We are not responsible for data security or policies of external tools or services.
• Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.

8. Termination & Suspension

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• Users may delete their accounts at any time. Some data may be retained for compliance and audit purposes.

9. Disclaimers & Warranties

• EidoVet is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific needs.
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
• Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation or mediation.
• If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the courts of New South Wales, Australia, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
• Users agree to waive any objections based on forum non conveniens or similar doctrines.
